Indane Gas
Delay in devilevry of the gas and distributor not picking the phone

On 4th feb (saturday), we booked the indane gas and the distributor said that we will get the gas within 2 days (Monday). So we called him after two days i.e on monday. At that time he said he don't have our latest documents, so he asked us to submit that first. We submit all the necessary document at the same day and again he said u will get the gas in another two days.

from that day onwards, whenever we called him.. he keeps on delay the gas delivery. Now its almost 15 days over, and we didn't get the gas yet. And at the same time he is not picking up our call.

Is this the way your disrtibutors treat the customesr. How irresponsible and unprofessional they are.

Indane gas is a big name but the customer satisfaction is very low and bad because indane hired that kind of irresponsible distributors.
