Delayed/non supply of gas cylinders

I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Cauvery indane agency, k.r puram is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 07/02

(booking no: 387302) and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder has not been booked & there is no proper feedback from the customer care.

Even i had registered a complaint on this regard on 21/02, and the complaint no. is 308814. But still no action has been taken.
