Unwanted shifting of gas connection

I had my INDANE gas connection at Arvind Gas Agency Sac-10, Bhilai

While I went to book my gas, I came to know that my gas connection has been

shifted to a gas agency at Umarpoti, district durg that place is far away from my residence

at Maitri Kunj, and it is very difficult to go to Umarpoty to book a cylinder

In sec-10 gas agency they have given a number for any complaint of Mr Saikiya as 09425013764

as an officer in Indane Gas, By trying several times in last 2 days I came to know that this number has moved

out of coverage area or some times it is not availlable and sometimes it not responds

My question is that without my knowledge how it can be transferred, It is very serious matter which should be taken care immidiately
