Gas connection clossed without any information

I was gone in the bhiwadi gas agency at 3:30PM, 16/04 for booking my gas cylinder (Customer ID.NO.12438). they toled me your Gas connection was closed due to same another customer address. than i request him to open my connection.they toled me, his person visit at my Address with in one day & inspection all of nessesry document. But nobody come at my home in last four day. I am regurly contect with him But i do not get any Sufficent answer from GAS SERVICE AGENCY.
