Indane Gas
Not getting service for "Gas Leakage"

Sir,

This is to inform you that my Gas Cylinder is leaking since the past two days. However inspite of repeated alarm by phone (Emergency Numbers: 2435-7268/1581) and self visit to the concerned distributor (P.L. GAS SERVICE), I am unable to get any acquaintance from the distributor who has supplied the Gas Cylinder.

Being a customer of a Indane I believe it is the responsibility of a distributor to provide immediate assistance for such a serious issue of "Gas Leakage". Isn't "Indane" responsible for any mishap due to the leakage?
