Indane Gas
No supply of refill cylinder even after many request

My consumer no. is 27805 (Single cylinder connection). I have booked Indane Gas refill cylinder on 24/12 over the phone and was given booking no 16969 by the Anusha Gas Agency. They promised to supply in a week. It is past two weeks and inspite of many reminders too the agency has not taken any step to supply the cylinder. Speaking to the manger of the agency too did not help. this is not the first time i'm experiencing this problem. Lost of mental pressure and disturbance are being caused because of the lousy behavior of the agency. Can anyone let me know how do i get my refill cylinder. The worst service i've ever experienced is from Anusha Gas Agency.
