Non supply of cylinder after 10 days of booking and regular telephonic reminders

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I have booked a cooking gas cylinder on 2nd jan 10 and have been making at least 5 calls to remind same but still my complain has not been entertained when ever i called they say cylinder will be available in 1 hr but it never happened most of the time landline got busy and hence we keep calling the delivery boy who is least bothered to repond our consumer no is 53533 and we are registered with yadu indian gas seva sahibabad gaziabad.i request to take necessary action against the agency and do the needful
