Not providing the gas

I am the authorised customer of indane gas with DHWNI GAS AGENCY Bypass road kaimganj, dist- farrukhabad, UP, PIN-209702.The code number is05.016336and the consumer number isDIG4547. I have made the booking for the gas on8 DECEMBER but havn't got it yet. Whenever i am moving to the agency, they are just asking to submit the passbook. This type of problems occur usually.
