Not delevery of gas at home in time after complain

Dear sir

I am consumer of indane gas (bhadohi gas agency S.R.N Bhadohi)

I have booked a refill on dated 8.1.2010 against consumer on 11683

But still i have not received every day thay are making excuse for shortage supply of gas from behind so what we can do

please do the need full to get home delevery in time
