Rude behaviour& non issue of coupan book

Dear Sir

My Indane Gas agency name is Yadav Gas Agency, Delhi Road, Meerut and my connection no. is Y-11733 issue in the name of my elder sister Dr. Rekha Tyagi. Our coupan book is lost and I request to Gas agency to issue a new book. But three months passed and the new book has not been issued yet. The desired documents are submitted by me, but the agency owner is seems not interested to issue the coupan book and misbehave with me and also said that after four or five months he can tried to issue the coupan book and will supply the gas. Hence, i am bound to purchase the gas from open market. This is the harrasment of consumer by the gas agency.
