Non-delivery of gas cylinder after 15 days of booking

Sir,

Its been 15 days I have booked my gas cylinder, but till now they have not delivered the cylinder. Every day I call them & the reply is tomorrow the gas will be delivered. Since Monday i.e. 18/01 i m calling them & today is Saturday i.e. 23/01. This is not the first time it has happened.

Sometimes they say the gas is not delivered as nobody was available at home. But my mother is always available at home.

They always harrass the consumer like this with one or the other reason.

Kindly look into the matter & book a complaint against Punia Gas Agency.

Please take a action against them at the earliest.
