Cylinder not received & hopeless behaviour of staff

SIR,

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Radhika Agency, opp Navapura Police Station, R V Desai road, Vadodara - 390004 Gujarat. My consumer number is 17028. Till the date, the same is not delivered to me. I have visited the the said firm often each time they replied that the same will be delievered today / tomorrow, etc. Today When I went to the agency to enquire about it, a person named Mr Raju having hopeless speech to send the that old woman to get the cylinder who is wife of the late Mr Raghuvirsingh. (the user, card holder), is this the way to handle a customer???

Being her nephew I (Mukesh Rajput) had visited several time the firm with the sai booking book as well as called them.

I request you to do the needful as this may happened to no. of your users. At least the staff should be given necessary enough manner to reply, behave to the consumer according to me..

Each time I marked that the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the matter
