No delivery of gas booked on 13.01.2010

Dear Sir,

My gas was booked on 13.01.2010 at Sumo Service 13.01.2010 for my consumer no 3684R., my service provider is Pyer Lal & Sons Karol Bagh New Delhi. The phone no of this provider is busy at all times or no reply.

In winter season the gas consumtion is more due to all food products are at low temerature. Today i have

enquired from service provider, i was told that the booking is cancelled and we have rebooked and we will

get our gas within 5-6 days. Today one delivery man asked me Rs. 200/- extra if i wanted gas on black.

What is use of your sumo service for auto answering and booking machine. No need for such services.

Ther is no gas in our house for making of food. I require immedetely gas for my house.

The service providers are busy for selling of gas on black.

Kindly deliver my gas today other wise i will make suitable action as applicable.
