Indane Gas
Delay in delivery of cylinde

I am consumer of Indane gas (consumer no. 307012) booked one cylinder on 10 Jan and till now didn't received new cylinder. yesterday when I asked agrawal gas agency (dealer of indane cylinder in kadma jamshedpur region) they told me I will received the same today (01 Feb) positively and when I informed that today is monday then he told me that delivery will be made on monday also, but till now I haven't received and when I contacted distributors they told me today that they do not distribute cylinders on monday.

Now suggest me what I have to do now, should I agree with agrawal agency or distributors. Most of the times he used to deliver the filled cylinders in 18-20 days of duration, please do something for me as well other consumer.
