Late Delivery

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am customer of Indane Gas. Your Gas station in Karkala, Karnataka is not delivering gas on time. We had booked gas on 07/01 and its not delivered yet. We have been enquiring for last 8 days for delivery they responded that gas load has been not delivered to them from company. I would like to log a complaint against them. This is not the first time they have done thi, s it happens every time.
