Improper supply and delay

I am a consumer of indane gas, om domestic gas, yadav nagar, rafi chowk, nagpur. my consumer no.is 9851. whenever we ask for refilled cylinder after a weekor month we are told that there is a shortage of supply. we are also told that there is a rule that we cannot ask for a refilled cylinder for atleast 21 days. the service is very bad and non cooperative.
