Worst customer care and Late bookings

I am From RR Nagar Bangalore, my customer No. is 37182 from mysore Road Branch of Indane Gas...

My complaint is that the dealer provide the gas after 1 week on booking the gas,

and they give the reason load is not available, but they sell the gas for hotels triple the money of actual price...

If we tell that we complaint to higher authorities they don't care...

So, Please take care of the above as soon as possible, this problem is not only from

me, almost all the customer from this agent getting the same problem.
