Supply of gas cylinder by karuna gas Nagpu

Dear Sir,

I am a Indane Gas customer with karuna Gas Agency, INDANE distributor, 32, surendranagar, west high court road Nagpur [ph no.-0712-2233211] and my consumer number is 57201. I have booked for a refile on 04th January over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. Its been 53 days, but they have not delivered yet.when i tried to call they hardely pick up the phone.and sometimes just pick & hang up the phone.they are dealing very badIly and their behavior is intolrable. My cylinder is empty due to abnormal delay. They are not ready to listen to customers and are dealing the customers very badly.

This happens to lot of Karuna gas agency consumers & consumers are not having much time to call them whole day waiting for them to pick up the phone. Please take necessary action.
