NOT GIVING CYLINDER ONTIME

Let me introduce myself, I am rajeswarri d/o Mr. Meenakshi Sundera Raj writing this complaint onbehalf of my father.

With reference to the above said customer id, past 15-25 years we were residing in the same address & had taken cylinder connection through blue flame agency and paid deposits Amt for the 2 cylinders usage per month.

we were in joint family, our consumption of the cylinder level is maximum 20 -25 days, that is the reason we had booked for 2 cylinder, We would like to bring your kind notice that Past 2 years we are not getting even 1 cylinder per month and if we asking them for the reason; stating that production is very low and could not meet out the customer requirments. Is it so? Pls confirm us & provide us the solution for our problem.

As we are not getting kerosene from the govenment being booked for 2 cylinders. How can we survive in this circumstances and even we are not wealthy & healthy persons to invest on other grounds.
