Complaint against your Gas Service

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that I am K.THIYAGARAN having your Gas Consumer No. 19987.

The agency from where I have got this consumer no. is MJV Gas Agency, Amabttur Industrial Estate, Chennai- 600 058.

The service of this agency is extremely bad and beyond my tolerance limit. I booked personally my Gas Cylinder on 11.02.10 at 9:30 a.m. is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the above said agency to deliver the gas cylinder.

Since 24th February (4 days) over phone desperately continuously

(At least 50 times) for the delivery of Gas Cylinder, there is no response from the Agency.

I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them (044-26253800, 044-26257663) and not accessible consequently,

On a previous occasion also I had experienced similar kind of problem but could however manage to talk to them after a week.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to contact him for gas booking. You may appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.

Another matter is that MJV gas book order only after21 days from the date of delivery, and now a days they are delever gas upto 15 to 20 days. in this situation its very hardship for me to continue with single cylender. So i was very disappointed, so please sir take a necessary action and reslove this matter.

I am helpless and hoping some justice from your end.
