Can anyone help me?

I'm fed up with the Indane gas service. My Customer No. is MM 08352. As company claims that we should get the refill with in 24 hrs of booking but my gas agency (Mohan & Mohan Indane Star Distributor, Shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Ashoka-II, Sec. - 37, Opp. Kanishka Tower, Faridabad (HR) used to take more than 15 days to get me a refill.

This time, I've booked a refill on 22nd Feb and not received till now. I called them up many times but didn't get anything. Even visited the place but it is all in vain. I had to purchase the refill in black. grrrr...

Can anyone tell me if there is any way I can make complaints against these stupid people? Plz I'll be very grateful to you.
