Inadequate gas in cylinder below normal weight

I have a gas connection no ms 17665 with distributor Mata sheetla agency in Gurgaon. They provide inadequate gas in gas cylinders that could hardly run for 20 days in a family of 2 people. Moreover they do not provide gas cylinders on time. After 21 days when they come to supply gas cylinder and due to any circumsrtances they find noone in the house, they do not supply gas for another 21 days, saying that cycle will run again. This is making a nuisance for working ladies. Kindly look in to this matter as early as possible
