Om Packers and Movers, Koper Khairane
Lost goods in transit

Hello Sir,

I was cheated by Mr. Uttam Kauthekar (Uttamrao) when i trusted him with delivery of my household stuff from Koperkhairane to Nagpur. Om Packers and Movers have their office at Koperkhairane near DMart. They have a decent web site at www.ompackers.com with claims of govt approved and ISO certified.

Their manager Mr. Uttam Kauthekar is a presentable man with nice visiting card and assurance of using best packing material and safe delivery.

He easily fooled me into using his packers services.

It had been 2 months and Mr Uttam Kauthekar has failed to deliver my 2 packages containing inverter with battery and air cooler. He had charged me for insurance for such accidents but later he told me that the insurance company won't pay without pre-survey of truck which he didn't do.

The remaining packages were torn apart and in poor condition. My computer got completely damaged and so did my refrigerator. I found vegetable pieces and leaves in my luggage - told me about the condition they were transferred. Also my guitar worth 60 thousand was damaged inspite of its metal case. The table had lost all its wheels and chair was unusable.

I request people to learn from my mistake - Never use Om Packers and Movers, Koparkhairane or other little known ones who charge you less initially but the loss is much bigger.

I lost over 1 lakh worth of goods - Had I used agrawal/goel packers I would have saved my time and money.
