Cylinder not delive

I have book my cyl. on date 11-3 at 9:43 am at Kay Aar Enterprises, Sidhipura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. i have not recived cyl till date, also no telephone nos. responding from sales officers, by distibuter, i tried these nos from last 7 days, also missbehave by dealer staff . please take the needfull action.
