Poor supply or delay supply

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have received last supply if gas cylinder on 04-01 and after this our dealing agency not supplying the cylinder.

I have so many times remind them, but they jsut giving assurance only, not delivering the gas cylinder.

Now you are requested to please take proper action for poor service of your dealer.
