POOR RESPONSE FROM GAS AGENCY SIDE

Poor response from sonepat gas service, kakroi road sonepat, Haryana

Dear Sir,

Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S hansraj having no 0130-2241031, 0130-2242031 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill i have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than a month time, now it hardly lasts for 20-24 days.

Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.

Please improve upon services of your agents.
