Customers are forced to buy Stoves, Aprons etc when new connection are taken

When we have taken a new connections through "Ranee Enterprises, 44 Perumal Nagar, 2nd Street, Madipakkam, Nanganallur-600061.Phone Number is 22241826, 22240951" for Indane gas, they forced us to take a Gas Stove "Ladies Finger" even though i said i have a better Gas stove with us. They charged me arround 4000 amd odd Rupee for a connections which included the stove, a Apron and other things which i never asked for. When i refused to take, they said we cannot give the connection untill u take those additional things and pay for it. The Lady who is the MD for this Agency said its IOC who is giving this and they are asking us fto give this to the customers and she cant do anything about it. I want to know if that is true, if not Please do take some action against this Agency.
