Demanding Bribe for transfer of Gas Connection

Hi,

I want to transfer my INDANE GAS connection to Sewak Park (Raj Flame, Shop No - 11, Shanti Market, Rama Park, Uttam Nager, New Delhi). When i reached Raj Flame office they transferred my Gas Connection and ask for Rs 45 as the documentation charges. When i ask for the receipt they refuse to give it. After argue they told me this is the amount we change for the paper that we use to print the transfer information.

Despite that when i requested them to issue me New Domestic Gas Customer Card. They refused me by saying that from last many years we are not issuing such cards, asking for the reason they told me that IOC is not issuing us such cards to disturbing to the customers. I am totally surprised to hear that. Before that i was associated with Dwarka Gas (Opp Sec 5, dwarka) which always offer best service. But i saw these peoples are not here to give their even good service.

Not sure whether posing here will help me and many other consumers or not. But i am hoping for the best.
