Illegal Supply of Gas Cylinder to local resident in Hari Naga

Dear Sir,

I am local resident of Hari Nagar. I have observed for last 6 month that Indiane Gas cylinder provider gives illegaly 50 cylinders daily to some local customer resident. (one of illegal customer addres is DA-65 E Hari Nagar near clock tower, new delhi).

we are facing too many problem like not able to pass street or some time gas leakage smell comes into the house.

Would you please take some action or give your suggestion that for which authority i should compiant or Should i Call to police?
