Indane Gas
Not allowing new gas connection

Sir, I am Lalson Mathew. I approached Priya gas agency Ettumanoor Kottayam for new indane gas connection. Eventhough I submitted residential certificate from Ettumanoor grama panchayat as my address proof, & my electoral ID card, they insist upon ration card. I am a new resident here &not having ration card here. From the website of indane I came to know that ration card is not compulsary thing for new gas connection. What shold I do to get a new gas connection? Kindly reply me.
