Unattended registeration/Non-Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have a LPG connection (No: 22759) with Vijayakumar Agencies, Pammal Chennai - 600 075. Last month, 20th September I have booked a cylinder. But unfortunately till date I have not received the same. When I asked them over phone, today, they told "give your number we have to book only by today". When I enquired that I have already booked the cylinder? they told no registration had made.

See how brilliant they are working. They always have a chat with their colleague inside the office and that is why they have forgotten to book it. Now I am in need of cylinder immediately.

One fine day when I was there in the office, two lady staff talking about their dishes and home matters without attending the phone. After a while, when they are ready to attend the phone the phone got disconnected. Whether work is important or chatting?

Nowadays the service offered by them is becoming very worst. Kindly look upon the matter and do the needful, please.
