Delay in delivery

I am a customer of CHITTOORAPPAN INDANE SERVICES and my consumer No is 13157.I have booked a cylinder through online booking and my booking No is 117dated 30.09.2010.So far I have not received the full cylinder.we have not getting any response from the indane gas distributer. I have Two cylinders both are empty I am facing a lot of problems.kindly take necessary arrangements to get me the cylinders.
