NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

Sir, My consumer No is 16291212. I have booked for a refill gas for home delivery on 04 Oct and their booking No is 1952 but till today 01 Nov at 1100hrs not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative phone No 0761-2624285 & 2622170 several times, each time they used to say tomorrow or booked vehicle is not reach. I request your good honour to do the needful in this regard of non delivery of refill gas cylinder.
