Non delivery of Gas Cylinder consumer no-35893

Sir,

I am a consumer of your gas agency vide consumer no-35893 with Gayatri Gas Services, Bhajanpura, main Wazirabad Road, Delhi-110053.

The above dealer is not delivered gas in time always he is taking extra days to deliver gas for example I have booked my Gas on 29th Oct, and he delivered on 12-11 after that i have booked on 20-11 wide booking no.67, i have not received my cylinder till date. when we contact to our distributor (Gayatri Gas service) he is regularly refuse to deliver the gas cylinder in time even he misbehave with me . i have tried to complaint many times to area manager on Tel no-01123412268 but no one received the call.please take the necessary action against the gas agency and ensure him to deliver the cylinder in time.
