Leakage of cylinde

Sir i am the customer of Radha Govind Gas service My customer no is 18575.The service is very poor of this agency. I have booked cylinder but they not deliver the cylinder and cancel the booking it many times. I have made complaint but they have not positive response. One cylinder delivered on 12/12/10.has minor leakage. if i want to complaint on telephone they have not reciveved the call. the agency is very poor in service. Please improve this service soon and replace my leaking cylinder urgently because it is dengrous to safety. if any mishappening is happen the responsibility will be of Radha Govind Gas Service
