Improper delivery nit accepting calls

Shivshankar Agency Porur is supplying indane gas cylinders to in and around porur area. Two months back we went inperson gave awritten statement about our change of address, enclosed the proof for new address and since all of us in our house are employed we opted for supply of cylinder from 6 am to 8 am in the morning. everything was updated in system and i booked gas. I was informed that the gas was availabe and it would be supplied the next day. But not done. Inspite of me frequents quarrels and since i said that i would lodge a complaint they supplied the cylinder in the morning hours but without giving bill. Now this month i booked on 3 rd and they said it would be supplied within 15 days. Last thursday the gasman phonedup and said that he would bring it on Friday. When i said that i have opted for delivery in the morning he asked me to contact the office. When I cintacted the agency they said that they have not entered abouut morning hour delivery in the system and they promised to deliver it by monday. Till date i have not received the cylinder. The gas agency switch on the recorded message that all lines are busy and i am not able to lodge a fresh complaint.this is how sshivshankar agency reacts. will the authorities look into it'
