Gas is not coming from last 2 months

I gobind Ram having gas connection Of Indane GAs by Avery gas Service consumer no-1614 gas is not coming from last 2 months I am trying from last to months to book the gas when i call tio indane gas the staff members of ur company says that they will book my gas on their own and i will receive the gas in next 7 days but since, 2 months passed so i am registering this complaint my gas is not comi9ng because the staff members are blacking. So. please send my gas cylender by itself today otherwise there will be a great problem to me and u also
