Delivery problem

I am Anwar Hussain R/o E-127, Mansa Ram Park Uttamnagar New Delhi. My consumer No. is 4237. The agency for the supplying of cooking gas is Gamini Gas Najafgarh. I have booked for refill of Gas Cylinder on 19.01.2011. But yet Neither I have received the cylinder nor any information from the agency. The phone line of the agency either busy or non responding.

Please take necessary action.
