Forcing me to buy stove/chulha on new connection

Sir,

i applied for new indane gas connection in shankar gas agency (indane gas), Chirala 523155, prakasam Dist A.P, reg no: 11255240004242 and when i received communication from the agency to pay the requisite amount i went to the dealer then he asked me to pay Rs.4100/ instead of the stipulated Rs.1950/- the additional amount for stove, lighter, etc..As i am not satisfied with products he has i said i will buy all these at my convenience and wish the dealer insisting that unless i show the bill of purchasing these items he will not issue the new connection. this is nothing but forcing the consumer to buy stove, lighter, tube etc against to the norms of the company that no dealer should not force consumer to buy accessories. moreover the said dealer didnt put the display the consumer rights information board as per company norms. i request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against the dealer and issue my new gas cylinder connection without these accessories.
