Fallacious Customer Care Numbe

Customer complaint number given by Indane Gas 18002333555 is a fraud with the guileless consumers.

My coinsumer number is 26998. My distributor is Prabhat Gas Serv ice, Janakapuri, New Delhi-58.

I had lodged a compaint regarding supply of half-filled gas cylinder on 19th March. Shockingly, without taking any action, my complaint was closed on 24th Mqrch.

I wanted to lodge a fresh complaint on the above number. On the first instance, I was kept on hold for 20 minutes and finally the call got disconnected. Second time, even worse was in store for me. I was kept on hold for One and a Half hours before my call got disconnected again.

Will the Management of Indian Oil or the Minister look at the state of affairs of this PSU which seems in total disarray.

Will some one pay heed to my complaint and replace my half-empty gas cylinder.
