Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am a customer of Indane since 18/19 years, from 2003 I am taking the facility of cooking gas from
your distributor M/S Chayanika, 41, Regent Place, Kolkata - 700040. Day by day the service, behaviour of this distributor is going down, sometimes it is beyond tolerable condition. From 28/4 onwards I tried their both tel.nos. 22 15=37 times as their working hrs.to book gas. No one received the phone, I called 10-12 times at EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL, they are receiving and dropping the phone 2 times said me' call later on'. Sir/Madam, can you just tell me then what for all these tele nos. they are providing us? This is not the first time, last almost 2 years we are suffering like this. It is not possible for us to book gas at their office everytime. Whenever they are recieving phone calls they don't even bother to listen anything other than consumer no.let it be serious matter. I can't understand IOL like company how they are giving distributorship to these type of irresponsible persons those who are completely least bother about their customers? These distributors know only money and don't know about GOODWILL OR FAME OF COMPANY. So, what should I do now? Should I go to CONSUMER FORUM AS PER CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT? or should I change my service to other gas servicing company? Please look after this matter bit seriously and facilititate the service to keep the good name of INDIAN OIL.
