Indane Gas
Cylinder not delevered

I have Indane Gas connection, from SHANKAR GAS SERVIC at 2N0 SRINAGAR GATE BADU ROAD N 24 PGS. My consumer no.is 15750. For the last one week i have been trying to book the connection over their phone no.033-25269760.

But the no. is always busy or whenever the ring bells no one is there to respond. Then I booked through IVRS & I got a SMS that my booking No 229018 & Cash memo 4685. and 11th July I got a SMS that " Dear Customer, Cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 229018 with cash memo 4685" from :54411 around 2:30 pm.

But it is not delivered yet i'am waiting for my cylinder because it is too late. Please let me know how to get resolved ASAP.
