Indane Gas
Poor Delivery service - even on emergencies

I am a consumer of Indane Gas Agency Cylinder. My Customer ID is 25751. On 5th of Aug'11, we booked cylinder with a request to deliver it within 3-4 days because existing gas cylinder was empty at the time of booking. We were told that the agency will try to do that. Now, Even after 15 days of booking, no delivery was done despite repeated calls done from our side. 14-15 days is a normal delivery time for them and a person in emergency expecting delivery in 3-4 days don't get delivery in even 15 days. Quite frustrating!!

The agency is located in Sector-17, Panchkula and delivery to be done in Sector-7
