Indane Gas
Deficiency in service

Dear Sir,

I am an Indane gas consumer with No.8247 With Indane gas agency bearing name Ananthapuri Indane services, Trivandrum -695001. My gas cylinder was leaking throughout the day and my complaint was registered on 17-1 10.30 A.M was not attended till 18-1 8.30 A.M . By the time the service staff reached my residence the whole LPG in the cylinder got leaked and the cylinder was empty.By mere luck there was no accident. I clearly admit that I am not satified with the service proved. I would like to get compensation for the loss I suffered due to deficiency in service by the service provider. Kindly advice.
