Charging Extra Rs.25 to Rs.50/- by delivery boys

Dear Sir, i am staying in Kaggadasapura, C.V.Raman Nagar Bangalore. Our Gas Agency is: Sri Rama Gas Agency Ramamurthy Nagar. The delivery boy charges Rs.25 to Rs.50/- extra on the bill amount and refuses to deliver the cylender if this amount is not paid. He never gives the cash memo. Also the cylinder weight will be less by 4 to kgs. On enquiey he uses obusive language and becomes aggressive.

Please look into the matter and urgently do the needful.
