Not receiving the Gas Cylinde

Sir,

I've not received the gas cylinder till date as we've booked the same on 4th of March, booking reference no. 341310, consumer no. 21207, kindly have a look in this matter.

On the previous month we've received the cylinder after 20 days from the booking date, as there was no discrepency while booking, we've got the booking reference no. from 54411 but when we went to our distributor they told that we've not received your booking, that was 8th of Feb. and they confirmed that we'll get the cylinder within 7-10 days.

What is the reason I don't know, but surprisingly we got the bill with the booking date of 8th feb, while the booking date as per message was 29th Jan. what is the inner problem we don't know but how long we'll suffer like this, the distributor blamed the co. & the company was blaming the distributor.
