Egarding new connection

Dear sir,

i am the residents of village ramgarh dist-siwan named pradip kumar yadav, son of sri janak yadav, I want to take indane gas connection, chainpur distributor. But the concerned distributor say " The new connection is stopped recently here a new gas agency are to opened in ramgarh and from there u can get connection but not from here". I went there two- three times but not listen to me at all. I need gas connection.
