Delay in gas deleviry

I (Tara Chand Sharma) hv gas connection no-5430 of Indane gas co. (Shree Dershan Gas Service, Meerut PallavPuram) complain is tooooo much delay in gas cylinder delivery its upto 60 days too. I book on 09-02 bt not recvd up to till date after many time contacts ..plz take necessary action plz
