Indane gas cylinder
Non booking & misbehaviou

Dear sir,

This is bought a great sorrow while sending you this complaint against the gas cylinder athourities. I have a gas connection in the name of BASANTI DEVI Consumer no. 21863 with the distributor of Indane gas C LAL & COMPANY. on 0n 07th feb i hv a booking of my gas cylinder but whenever we want to book a cylinder on their numbers they never pick my phone and most of the time their numbers are found engaged, i found my self very lucky if once in while these operators pick up my phone but when it comes for delivery of the cylinder they always say it will take 7 to 8 daysbut even after such a long time they have not delivered my cylinder when after 15 days past and i hvn't recieved cylinder . i again called the distributor and explained the whole problem.they started misbehaving and used some abusive words.

Therefore now I request you to lookinto this matter becaouse this is not just me many other people were fascing this kind of problem.

An early action in this regard shall highly be appreciated.
