Leakage of cylinde

I am a consumer of Indane gas having consumer number 23506.My distributor is Sonarpur Gas Service. I have booked one cylinder on 20/03 and the same got delivered on 25/03.After receiving I found gas smelling from the cylinder. I informed the distributor and they infrom to use as its because of excess gas in the cylinder instead of changing the cylinder. Further I called at 24357268 and 23351581 (incorrect number) and was infromed to report to police station in case the distributor not changing the cysliner. I earnestly request to take action and change the cylinder on priority to avoid any accident as there is a leakeage in the sealed cylinder.
